Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days for defective products. To request a return, please contact [email protected] with your proof of order and photographs of the defective product.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected] with your proof of order and photographs of the defective product.
  2. Upon receiving your request, we will confirm receipt and provide you with further instructions on how to return the product.
  3. We recommend purchasing tracked shipping for your return. We will not refund customers if the product does not arrive because they chose not to purchase tracked shipping.
  4. Once we receive the defective product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  5. If approved, we will process your refund within a reasonable timeframe.
